CONFERENCE MEALS – Week of 11/2/2015 and Week of 5/2/2016
It is a tradition for the parents and PTO to provide a meal for our hard-working teachers. It’s a great time to show them how much we appreciate what they do for our children.
We are asking for monetary donations to assist us in this endeavor. We are hoping to collect enough money to provide meals for both Fall and Spring conferences. By collecting these funds up front, we are hoping to only make this request once this year. Any donation helps.
Our goal is to receive $10 per faculty member (about 45 teachers for both fall and spring meals.) This will allow us to provide them with a nice catered meal from places like Panera Bread and Noodles & Company. We know we live in a generous community! Any extra funds collected for this effort will be used to offset the cost of birthday bags that all students and staff members receive.

I will be collecting the money so we don’t overwhelm the teachers and staff with one more task in the day. Please send your email and which school you would like your money allocated to along with the check. I will then send you an email to verify that I have it.
