What is the Warrior Dash?
Norwalk PTO is hosting its 3rd annual donation-based fall fundraiser for the 2018-19 school year called the Warrior Dash. The goal is for students to collect donations from family and friends to help reach our goal of $55,000. These funds are needed to fulfill the ongoing needs of the Norwalk Elementary Schools not funded by the general budget.
The Warrior Dash will involve a fun run and inflatable obstacle course for Oviatt students and a fun run and obstacle course for the Lakewood students. Every student will receive a Norwalk spirit shirt for the event and to wear on upcoming Norwalk spirit days. Students, classrooms and each school will have opportunities to win fun prizes for their fundraising efforts.
2018 Fundraising Total Exceeded Goal
Norwalk PTO is proud to announce the 2018 Warrior Dash raised a grand total of $57,886. A big thank you to all the students, parents, volunteers and sponsors who made this year’s Warrior Dash successful.
Oviatt Warrior Dash Grand Total – $29,991
- Preschool – $1,129.50
- Kindergarten – $10,732
- 1st Grade – $11,067
- 2nd Grade – $7,062
